Busy, busy, busy...

I've been very busy lately, I'm feeling pretty productive!  I decided to participate in my very first craft swap on Craftster - this swap definitely suited me - the Video Game Swap!  You get matched up with a swap partner and craft items for them, and they craft for you.  She provided me with a list of her favourite video games and favourite systems, so I've been busy crafting away ever since.  I'm completed 3 items, just one more to go!  I'll be sure to post pictures of the things that I'm sending out once she receives them (don't want to ruin the surprise in case she stumbles upon my blog!), and I can't wait to see the goodies that I'll receive in the mail.  So much fun!

I've also been participating more and more these days on Postcrossing.  Just in case you haven't heard of the site, it is a postcard swapping site, where you will send out postcards to various people from around the world and will receive ones from other people in return, and at random.  I absolutely love getting mail (who doesn't!) and it is awesome to receive postcards that have travelled from places all over the world.  My latest postcards are from the Philippines and Portugal, as well as a postcard penpal that I recently acquired from China.  I've also been fortunate enough to have a few long-letter penpals from the site who I really enjoy writing to and hearing from!  So, I definitely recommend checking out the site if you're interested in that kind of thing!
